Hello! Thank you for visiting my about page. I am a recent graduate of Georgetown University with a BA in American Studies and a minor in Art.

During my time at Georgetown, I served various roles like front desk assistant for GSP, social media manager for Food Recover Network, vice president of the Pep band, photo editor for the Voice and chair for Performing Arts Advisory Council. My Resume can be found through this Google Drive link.

I have two specific life altering memories from college. One, cheering for the Hoyas Basketball during the Big East Tournament with the Georgetown Pep Band during sophomore year. It marked the first time I lost my voice, and the first time I fell in love with sports. the passion and energy I felt in the stadium made me feel more alive then ever. It forever brought me out of my introverted shell into the person I am.

The second time is when I finished my thesis. My American Studies senior thesis argues that Korean cookbook authors show diversity of Korean American identity through the differences in approaches, ingredients and stories that exist behind different recipes. The cookbooks are used as a storytelling device that blend culture, family and personal identity in one setting. My senior thesis was in a form of a magazine, blending analytical articles, personal stories, recipes, art and peer stories to create a 76-paged food magazine. My portfolio is a mix of art class assignments, personal projects, side gigs and everything in between. I am looking to expand my writing skills and design skills in my future endeavors. I am currently looking for roles in communications, design, digital engagement and editorial. Please reach out, I would love to share my story with you.
